Credit Players

  1. All negative balances must be received by Wednesday of each week at the close of business. If you are unable to pay complete amount, please contact support to make arrangements.
  2. Payouts will be sent on Thursday of each week for players with positive balances. If during the week your negative balance exceeds your payout amount, that amount will then be added to your account as a credit towards your balance owed.  This is a security feature put in place for all players, to ensure payments and payouts are always paid in a timely manner. Please note there is a max payout of $1,000 per week (For new customers only, and this is only for 30 days before you are able to request an increase), any additional positive balance will be added to your account as a credit, and paid out the following week.
  3. For credit accounts a post of 50% of your desired credit limit is required for credit lines of $1,000 or lower. For credit lines over $1,000 a 25% post is due at sign up.  These deposits are fully refundable after 30 days of good account standing.

  1. All deposits are subject to management approval, ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook reserves the right to accept, deny or reverse any deposit.
  2. The use of credit cards, as well as any of our e-wallet solutions and other electronic payment methods is restricted to one account, meaning the same credit card number, bank account or e-wallet account cannot be used by more than 1 client.
  3. Credit cards or e-wallet accounts must be in the name registered in the account with ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook. In the event that the customer wishes to use a card or e-wallet account that is not in their name, the deposit must first be approved by management and proper documentation of card or e-wallet holder must be on file prior to the deposit being made.
  4. Deposit limits vary depending on the method used, any limit increase must be approved by management and ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook reserves the right to request sufficient documentation from any customer to validate the identity of the client before any limits are increased. Providing such documentation will not guarantee any increase in the deposit limits.

  6. Any member found to be committing fraud of any kind with credit cards or any other electronic payment method will be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  7. All winnings resulting from the illicit use of credit cards or any other electronic payment method will be automatically forfeited.

  9. Credit card deposits as well as some e-wallet solutions are subject to a 10 business day hold before any payout can be processed and proper documentation will be required.
  10. Currently the default currency in our cashier is USD, if your account is in a different currency you must contact our customer service department prior to any deposit to receive the proper instructions.
  11. Deposits that are not processed through our cashier will not be credited automatically; it is the responsibility of the customer to contact our customer service department in order to inform them of the deposit to ensure it is credited in a timely manner.
  12. ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook is not responsible for deposits not notified to its customer service department.
  13. In the event funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify ParlayLifestyle of aforesaid error without delay. For accounts with negative balances, ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.
  14. In the event of delays due to transaction errors or third party processing delays ParlayLifestyle cannot not be held liable for any wagers missed due to the delay.
  15. Fees will be covered on person to person transfers of $300 or more.
  16. ParlayLifestyle is not liable for any fees incurred in the funding of e-wallet accounts or the transfer fees charged by the e-wallet company.
  17. ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook will not be liable for any additional fees charged by the members banking institution such as but no limited to; cash advance fees, international processing or currency fees, over draft fees or administrative banking fees.
  18. ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook relies on the service of third party processors and cannot be held liable for any failure on their part.
  19. The availability of deposit methods are subject to change without prior notice.
  20. The house deposit rules will supersede any verbal or written offering of any employee of ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook.
  21. Online Gaming activities may be restricted in some jurisdictions to government owned and managed lotteries, sports and horse wagering and may not be permitted in some cases. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to inform themselves of their local laws before funding their accounts.
  22. The Bitcoin payment address should contain no prior transaction. We reserved the right to refuse payment if there is existing transaction found on given address.

Payout Rules

  1. Withdrawals will only be processed in the name of the account holder, in the event that a client cannot receive the funds in his/her name a written signed authorization must be received with the name of the person to whom the payout is endorsed, in addition to this a valid photo id of the account holder must accompany the authorization form.
  3. All withdrawal requests must be placed directly with a customer service representative either by phone or live chat. Email withdrawal requests will not be honored.
  4. Customer must provide account number and password at the time of a withdrawal in order for our staff to accept the request. Failure to provide these or incorrect information provided will result in the denial of the request.
  5. All requirements including rollovers, play though periods and required documentation must be completed and received before a withdrawal can be processed.
  6. All payout requests undergo an internal due process and pass several stages of management approval before processing. The submission of a request by a customer service representative on behalf of the customer does not guarantee management approval.
  7. All payouts are subject to the funds being available in the account at the time the withdrawal is being processed; if funds are not available the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
  8. ParlayLifestyle reserves the right to request proper documentation such as but not limited to valid photo id, utility bills and copies of credit cards before processing a withdrawal. Failure to comply with this will result in the cancellation of the request.
  9. Before a member requests a payout it is their sole responsibility to ensure that all personal information including physical mailing address, phone number and email address are updated and correct in our system, in the event that redirect or re-send of a payment due to an incorrect address is necessary, it will be the clients responsibility to assume the administrative fee of minimum $50
  10. Processing of person to person transfer requests may take up to 48 to 72 hours depending on processor availability.
  11. Although we strive to process payouts as quickly as possible, some methods may take longer to process due to transfer procedures and any payout may take up to 10 to 14 business days to be processed.
  12. Depending on the deposit method some payout requests may be subject to additional holding periods.
  13. On occasions we have to process your request via another method than the one originally requested, in the event that the method is changed we will notify you.
  14. Payout requests may be cancelled or modified prior to them being processed, once the payout has been processed no changes are allowed, in the event that a payout is cancelled at the customer’s request, any fees charged will not be reimbursed.
  15. Withdrawal methods, limits and fees are subject to change without prior notification.
  16. Non cashable bonuses will be reversed at the time of a withdrawal.
  17. In order to receive a free check payout, the account must be active for at least 30 days, client must leave a minimum of 20% of their available balance in the account, no payout via any method in the past 30 days and must have consistent account activity.
  18. The free check payout is available for recreational players only. If an account has been flagged as being a non-recreational player based on the wagering activity or any other reason; management reserves the right to revoke the free payout offering at any time without prior notification.
  19. ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook reserves the right to deny, reverse or hold any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected either pertaining to the deposit or the account activity.
  20. Maximum withdrawal allowed per account in a 7 day period regardless of the method is $4000 USD or its equivalent in the account currency.
  21. The ParlayLifestyle Sportsbook Management reserves the right to lower the maximum payout amount for any customer at any time.
  22. The house withdrawal rules will have precedence over any verbal or written offering by any employee of the company.
